We have a design for a table leg and have developed a collection of tables around this detail. Is it possible to register just the detail and have it protect the entire collection, or do we need to register each “complete design” of the table with the legs integrated?
It is possible to register just this element if it is novel and unique and it is important you utilise the correct graphical representation to do this. Seek legal advice as to the best way to register your designs and products.
